Body Notification No. S.O.49/H.A.6/2003/S.59/2014. Dated 16th April, 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 59 of the Haryana Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act 6 of 2003) and with reference to Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, Notification No. Web. 3/H.A. 6/2003/S. 59/2014, dated the 3rd March, 2014, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule C appended to the said Act, namely:-

Amendment

In the Haryana Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (6 of 2003), in Schedule C, under columns 1 and 2, for serial number 27A and entries thereagainst the following serial number and entries thereagainst shall be substituted and shall be deemed to have been substituted with effect from the date of publication of this notification in Official Gazzette, namely :-

"27A	Earthmoving equipments viz. Wheel Excavators, Track Excavators, Backhoe Loaders, Loadall, Wheel Loading Shovel, Skid Steer and Road Roller.".
