In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 3 of the Himachal Pradesh Tax on Entry of Goods into Local Area Act, 2010 (Act No. 9 of 2010), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following amendment in Schedule-I appended to the said Act, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule-I appended to the said Act, for the existing entry No. 53 the following shall be substituted, namely:-

Newsprint, printing material, plates & machinery and ink used for printing of newspapers

This notification shall come into force w.e.f. 01.04.2014.
