In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 44 and Section 23 read with Section 13 of the Jharkhand Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Jharkhand Act 05, 2006), the Governor of Jharkhand is pleased to make the following amendment in the Departmental Notification No. S.O. 24 dated 3rd October, 2012 :-

AMENDMENTS

In the said Notification, the words "This notification shall come into force w.e.f. 1st April, 2012" shall be substituted by "This Notification shall come into force from the date of issue (w.e.f. 3rd October, 2012)."
