In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (2) of Section 57 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20, of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's Notification No. A-3-195-2005-1-V(25), dated 31st March 2006, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, in the table, for serial number 22-A and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries relating thereto shall be substituted, namely:-

"22-A. All kinds of Oilseeds (Other than Cotton Seeds).".

2. These amendment shall come into force from the date of publication in the "Madhya Pradesh Gazette".
