Whereas, the Commissioner of Commercial Tax, Madhya Pradesh is satisfied that it is necessary so to do with a view to prevent or check evasion of tax under the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002);

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 57 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the Commissioner, commercial Tax, hereby, sets up temporary check post and erect barrier at the places specified in the Schedule below. These check post are set up for a period of six months from 1st February 2014 :-

2	Village Kharpai-Padora (Kota Barrier) District Shivpuri.	On National Highway No. 27, Shivpuri to Kota Road 45 K.M. from Shivpuri (towards Kota) where integrated Check Post is situated.
