MADHYA PRADESH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002 - NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 70-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendments in Schedule II of the said Act, namely:-

AMENDMENTS

In Schedule II,-

(i) in Part- II,-

(a) after serial number 9, the following serial number and entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:-

"10.

Aviation Turbine Fuel

4";

(b) in Serial number 30, in column (2), item (i) and entries relating thereto shall be omitted;

(ii) in Part- III, Serial number I and entries relating thereto shall be omitted.

2. These amendments shall come into force from 01st March 2014.
