In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government, hereby, the following amendment:-

AMENDMENT

In Notification No. F-10/49/2014/CT/V (63) dated 05-09-2013, for the figure "28-02-2014" the figure "30-09-2014" shall be substituted.
