In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15-A of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendments in part-II of Schedule-II of the said act:-

AMENDMENT

After serial No. 131 the following entry shall be added:-

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 21-05-2007.
