In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005),the State Government hereby rescinds Notification No. F-10/55/2006/CT/V(44) Dated 28-04-2006 with effect from the date of publication of this notification in official gazette.
