In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (2) of Section 57 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendments in this department's Notification No. A-3-195-2005-l-V(25), dated 31st March 2006, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, in the table,-

(i) after serial number 11 A, the following serial number and entry relating thereto shall be inserted, namely :-

"12. Bidi";

(ii) after serial number 14, the following serial number and entry relating thereto shall be inserted, namely :-

"14-A Cotton (ginned or unginned)";

(iii) after serial number 17, the following serial number and entry relating thereto shall be inserted, namely :-

"17-A Fireworks";

(iv) after serial number 22, the following serial number and entry relating thereto shall be inserted, namely :-

"22-A All kinds of Oilseeds";

2. These amendments shall come into force with effect from 15th February 2014.
