In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 21 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003) I, Sanjay Malhotra, Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Rajasthan, Jaipur being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby, extend the date of submission of annual return in Form VAT 10A, for the year 2012-13 to be furnished by the class of dealers as enumerated in sub-rule (6) of rule 19 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Rules, 2006, up to February 10, 2014.
