Body Notification NO. No. F.12(101)FD/Tax/2011-87 Dated 9th January, 2013.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in this Department's Notification No. F.12(101)FD/Tax/2011-59 dated 13.08.2013, with effect from 01.10.2013, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the list appearing below clause 14 of the said notification, after the existing serial number 17 and before the existing serial number 18, the following new serial number 17A and entries thereto shall be inserted, namely :-

" 17A.

Works Contract related to setting up of new enterprise or expansion of existing enterprise manufacturing fertilizer within the State with minimum investment of Rs. 2500 crore.
