In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3-A read with sub-section (4) of Section 3 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby makes the following amendment in this department's Notification No. F-A-6-68-2010-1-V (44), dated 30th April, 2011 namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, in the table, for serial number 1 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries relating thereto shall be substituted, namely:—

"1.	Appellate Deputy Commissioner of Commercial Tax, Indore Division-1.	Indore Division-1	Area comprising of circles falling under the jurisdiction of Indore Division-1 and Appeal against assessment order passed by Assistant Commissioner of LTU.	Indore.".
