Body Notification No.-KA.NI.-2-1730/XI-9(1)/08--U.P.Act-5-2008-Order-(105)-2013 Dated 30th December 2013.

In exercise of the powers under sub-section(4) of section 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2008 (U.P.Act no. 5 of 2008), the Governor is pleased to make with effect from December 31, 2013 the following amendment in Schedule-II to the said Act:-

AMENDMENT

In the said Schedule-II,-

(a) in Part-A,-

(i) in the entry at serial number 20, after the words "herbicides, rodenticide, insecticide, . weedicide and pesticides" comma and the words " , excluding Mosquito repellant/ destroyer coils, Mats and Liquid" shall be inserted.

(ii) the entry at serial number 102 shall be omitted.

(b) in Part-C, in the entry at serial number 147, after the words " Insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, weedicides and pesticides of technical grade" the words" excluding Mosquito repellant/destroyer coils, Mats and Liquid" shall be inserted,
