In exercise of the powers conferred by section 79-A of the Jammu and Kashmir Value Added Tax Act, 2005, the Government hereby direct that in clause 4 of Notification SRO 91 dated; 16th March, 2006, for the words and the figures, "Government order No. 265-lnd of 2005 dated 27.10.2005", the words and figures, "Government order No. 80-Ind of 2013 dated 20.3.2013", shall be substituted.

This notification shall come into force from 01.04.2013.
