THE CHHATTISGARH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2005 - NOTIFICATION

Body NOTIFICATION No. F-10- 53/2013/CT/V (72 ) Dated. 6th November, 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of section 57 of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005) and in supersession of this department's notification No. F-10/115/ 2007/CT/V(38) dated 22-08-2007, the State Government, hereby constitutes a committee as under for detection and investigation of evasion of tax:-

(i)	Additional Chief Secretary/ Principal Secretary/ Secretary, Commercial Tax	- Chairman
(ii)	Commissioner, Commercial Tax	- Member

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 29-09-2012.
