In exercise of the powers conferred by entry 45 of SCHEDULE II to the Gujarat Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Guj. 1 of 2005), the Government of Gujarat hereby amends the Government Notification, Finance Department, No. (GHN- 21) VAT-2009-SCH-II (45) (1)-TH, dated the 1st August, 2009 as follows, namely:-

In the TABLE appended to the said notification, the entry at serial No. 28, shall be deleted.
