In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (8) of Section 10-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, exempts, the purchases of Wheat by a co-operative society for or on behalf of the agencies mentioned below, from payment of tax under the said section from 01 April 2013:-

1. Madhya Pradesh State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited

2. Madhya Pradesh State Co-opertative Marketing Federtaion Limited

3. Madhya Pradesh Warehousing and Logistics Corporation

4. Food Corporation of India.
