MADHYA PRADESH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002 - NOTIFICATION

Whereas, the Commissioner of Commercial Tax, Madhya Pradesh is satisfied that it is necessary so to do, with a view to prevent or check the evasion of tax under the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002);

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 57 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the Commissioner of Commercial Tax, hereby sets up temporary check post and erects barrier at the place specified in the Scheduled below.

2. This Check post is setup for a period of six months from 1st August, 2013.
