MADHYA PRADESH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002 - NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 70-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in Schedule-II of the said Act, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule-II, in Part-Ill, for serial number 1 and entries relating thereto the following serial number and entries relating thereto shall be substituted, namely :-

"1.

Aviation Turbine Fuel other than those specified in clause (ii-d) of Section 14 of the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 (No. 74 of 1956), when sold for fueling at an airport of Madhya Pradesh.

2. This amendment shall come into force from the date of publication of this notification.
