In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Rajasthan Tax on Entry of Motor Vehicles into Local Areas Act, 1988 (Act No. 14 of 1988), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts from payment of tax leviable under the said Act on the entry of one Blood Transport Van manufactured by Force Motors Limited bearing Chasis No.MClE1BAAXAP000839. Engine No. D37002507 into the local area. which has been given to the Rajasthan State AIDS Control Society. Rajasthan, Jaipur, Directorate of Medical and Health Services, Rajasthan by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
