In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Rajasthan Tax on Entry of Motor Vehicles into Local Areas Act, 1988 (Act No. 14 of 1988), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts from payment of tax leviable under the said Act on the entry of 13 Vaccine Van manufactured by Force Motors India Limited and 19 Vaccine Van manufactured by Mahindra & Mahindra and 64 Teeka Express Van manufactured by Force Motors India Limited, brought into the local area by the Department of Medical Health and Family Welfare, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur, which has been given to the Government of Rajasthan free of cost by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
