In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of Rule 84-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Rules, 2006, the State Government, hereby, provides that a transporter who is involved in trans-shipment in the State of Madhya Pradesh, shall submit the application for enrolment in Form 61-A and the statement in Form 61-C electronically through the official web portal of the Department in accordance with the instructions given in the web portal.

2. Where Form 61-A and Form 61-C is not submitted with digital signature, duly signed hard copy of the Form 61-A and Form 61-C, as the case may be, shall be submitted to the appropriate Commercial Tax Officer or any other officer authorized by the Commissioner in this behalf.

3. This notification shall come into force from 15th October, 2013.
