Assam Entry Tax - Notification

Body NOTIFICATION No.FTX.47/2013/2:- Dated 12th July, 2013

In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 3 of the Assam Entry Tax Act, 2008 (Assam Act, XII of 2008), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act, the Governor of Assam, in the public interest, hereby pleased to vary the rate of tax against the entries at serial No. 7, 55(i), and 65 of the schedule as follows:

7	Marble, granite and other decorative slabs and articles made therefrom.	6
55	(i) Furniture and Fixtures	6
65	Sanitary ware and bathroom fittings of all types.	6

This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
