In exercise of the powers under sub-section (4) of section 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2008 [U.P.Act no. 5 of 2008], the Governor is pleased to make with effect from June 14, 2013 the following amendments in Schedule I and Schedule II to the said Act:-

AMENDMENT

(a) In the said Schedule I, in the entry at serial numbers 36 the words " Unbranded Honey" shall be inserted at the end.

(b) In the said Schedule II, in Part-A, in the entry at serial numbers 53 for the words " Honey" the words "Branded Honey" shall be substituted.
