In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of Section 20 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this Departments Notification No. F-A-3-34-2010-I-V (46) dated 27th December 2012 namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification for the figures and word "30th June, 2013" the figures and word "30th September, 2013" shall be substituted.
