In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of Rule 84-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Rules, 2006, the State Government, hereby, provides that a transporter who is required to submit Form 59 at the entry check post under rule 76, Shall submit the Form 59 electronically through the official web portal of the Department in accordance with the instruction given in the web portal.

2. Where Form 59 downloaded from departmental website is submitted, the requirement of obtaining transit pass at the entry check post shall be deemed to have been complied with.

3. This notification shall come into force from 1st July 2013.
