MADHYA PRADESH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002 - NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-Section (4) of Section 3 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this Department's Notification No. F A 6(A)68-2010-1-V(29), dated 1st April 2011, namely :-

AMENDMENTS

In the said notification, in the table, for serial number 1 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries relating thereto shall be substituted, namely:-

Deputy Commissioner of Commercial Tax, Division Indore-1	Professional tax circle, Indore as notified by Notification No. FA-6(A)-68-2010--V(28) dated 01-04-2011 and area comprising of local limits of Indore Circle-1, 2, 5, 14 and 15 as notified under this department Notification No. A-5-8-96-ST-V(13) dated 31-3-1997.	Indore".

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force from 1st April, 2011.
