In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15-A of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendments in part-II of Schedule-II of the said Act:-

AMENDMENT

In column (2) against entry number 23 for the existing entry the following entry shall be substituted:-

"Bitumen (Coal-Tar), Bitumen emulsion."

2. This amendment with effect from 01-06-2013.
