THE CHHATTISGARH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2005 - NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendment with effect from 01-06-2013:-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule to the notification No. F-10-11/2013/CT/V ( 16 ) dated 28-03-2013, the following entry relating to S.No. 2, shall be omitted:-

"2.

Mobile phone upto the maximum retail price of Rs. 3,000/-

Partly so as to reduce the rate of tax to 5%"
