(1) The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, frame a scheme for refund of tax paid by tourists holding Indian or foreign passport or both on purchases made by them within the State.

(2) The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, frame a scheme for refund of tax paid by airlines operating on domestic sector on purchase of aviation turbine fuel.
