In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (e) of section 2 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act. 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's notification's No. FA-5-1-2006-1 -V (67), dated 15.09.2006, namely -

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, for the word and figure "Part-Ill", the words figure and letters 'Part-lll and Part-Ill A" shall be substituted

2 This notification shall come into force from 1st April 2013
