In exercise of the powers conferred by item 217 of entry 55 of Part-ll of Schedule-ll of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, specifies molasses as industrial input for the purpose of said entry.

2 This notification shall come into force from 1st April 2013
