In exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to clause (a) of subsection 1 of Section 14 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, notifies fabrics as specified in entry numbers 6 and 48 of Schedule-I to the Act, for the purpose of said proviso.

2. This notification shall come into force from 1st April, 2013.
