NOTIFICATION No. F-10-21/2013/CT/V (29) Dated 6th April, 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 71 of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendment with effect from 01-04-2013 in Notification No. F-10/09/2013/CT/V (15) date 28-03-2013, namely,-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification in column (3) against entry No. (i)(2) of column (2), for the figure and word "1 percent" the figure and word "2 percent" shall be substituted.
