In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Jammu and Kashmir General Sales Tax Act, 1962, the Government hereby directs that the following entries shall be added after entry No. 23 in schedule-B to notification SRO 117 of 2007 dated: 30.03.2007.

"24. Services provided by Authorized Automobile Service Stations.

25. Services provided by the Property Dealers/ Real Estate Agents.

26. Services provided by the Consultants, other than those already included in this Schedule".

This notification shall come into force from 01.04.2013
