In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government, hereby, the following amendment:-

AMENDMENT

In Notification No. F-10/01/2013/CT/V (01) dated 08-01-2013, and Notification No. F-10/01/2013/CT/V (02) dated 08-01-2013, for the figure "31-03-2013" the figure "30-06-2013" shall be substituted.
