In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 21 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), I, Khemraj, Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Rajasthan, Jaipur, being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby, extend the date of submission of all the returns prescribed under rule 19 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Rules, 2006, for the year 2011-12, up to 30-04-2013.
