WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 71 of "the Uttarakhand Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No. 27 of 2005), and under the provision mentioned at serial no. 1(2) of the "Uttarakhand Value Added tax (Amendment) Rules, 2012". the Governor is pleased to allow implement of the following rules of the "Uttarakhand Value Added tax (Amendment) Rules, 2012" notified by Notification No. 829/20l2/181(120)/XXVII(8)/08 dated 13 September, 2012 with effect from 1st March, 2013:-

1. Amendment of rule 5 mentioned at serial no. 2 of the above notification.

2. Amendment of Rule 26 (except rule 26(A) and 26(B) mentioned at serial no. 4 of the above notification.

3. Deletion of rule 27 mentioned at serial no. 5 of the above notification.

4. Amendment of rule 28 mentioned at serial no. 6 of the above notification.
