In exercise of powers conferred by subsection (1) of section 93 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Rules, 2005 (Act 27 of 2005), the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendments in the Bihar Value Added Tax Rules, 2005, namely:

Amendments

1. Amendment in Rule 19 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Rules, 2005-

The second proviso to sub-rule (8) of Rule 19 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Rules, 2005 shall be deleted.

2. Amendment in Rule 64 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Rules, 2005

Clause (d) of Rule 64 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Rules, 2005 shall be deleted.

3. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its issue.
