In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 79 of the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No.5 of 2005), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendments to Schedule-I and Schedule-IV appended to the said Act;

Amendments

In the said Act,-

(I) in Schedule-I, in the Entry 34, after the words, "unbranded bread", the words, "and unbranded rusk" shall be added.

(II) in Schedule IV,

(1) in the Entry 28, after the word, "Vermicelli" the word, "Macroni" shall be inserted.

(2) for the Entry 43, the following shall be substituted, namely,-

"43. All kinds of Ores and all kinds of minerals excluding Marble and Granite"

(3) in Entry 44, after the words, "paper of all kinds" the following expression shall be inserted, namely,-

"(excluding Wall Paper)"

(4) in the sub-entry (b) of Entry 107, after the words, "fruit squash", the following words shall be inserted, namely,-

"Fruit Pulp"

(5) in the Entry 124, for the words, "Diesel Power Generators", the following words shall be substituted,

namely-,

"All kinds of portable Power Generator Sets"

(6) after the Entry 128, the following new Entry shall be added, namely-,

"129. Bodies built on chassis of Motor Vehicles"
