In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.5 of 2005), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby make the following amendment to Schedule-I of the said Act:

AMENDMENTS

In the said Schedule, after the entry at serial number 64, the following shall be added namely,-

"65. Transfer of right to use feature films (in digital or physical form) by film producers to distributors or exhibitors".
