In exercise of the powers delegated under sub-section (3) of section 10 of the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002, (Mah. IX of 2005), and in supersession of all notifications or orders issued in this behalf, the Commissioner of Sales Tax, Maharashtra State, Mumbai is hereby specifies with effect from 1st January, 2012 the areas mentioned in column (4) of the Schedule appended hereto, to be the areas over which the officers for the time being holding the respective posts specified in column (2) against the said areas shall have jurisdiction.-
