In exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 20-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act. 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, extends the date of filing of returns/revised returns, pertaining to the year 2011-12, as specified in sub clause (ii) of clause (a) of the said sub-section, with an interest of 0.5% per month, which shall be in addition to the interest, payable in accordance with the provision of clause (a) of sub-section (4) of Section 18, upto 28th February. 2013.
