In exercise of the powers conferred by Commercial Taxes Department Notification Number S.O. 116 dated 4th July, 2012, the Commissioner hereby directs that the provisions of the rule specified in column (2) of the Table appended hereto shall come into force with effect from the date specified in column (3) of the said Table:

2. This notification shall apply to all consignments of taxable being transported from any place within the State of Bihar to any place outside the State of Bihar.
