WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 71 of "the Uttarakhand Value Added tax Act, 2005 (Act No. 27 of 2005), and under the provision mentioned at serial no. 1(2) of the "Uttarakhand Value Added tax (Amendment) Rules, 2012". the Governor is pleased to allow implement of the following rules of the "Uttarakhand Value Added tax (Amendment) Rules, 2012" notified by Notification No. 829/20l2/181(120)/XXVII(8)/08 dated 13 September, 2012 with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette:-

1. Amendment of rule 11 mentioned at serial no. 3 of the above notification.

2. Rule 55 mentioned at serial no. 7 of the above notification.
