In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 20-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government hereby, makes the following amendment in this Department's Notification No. F-A-3-16-2010-1-V (34). Dated 22nd September, 2012, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said Notification, for the words and bracket "sub-clause (ii)", the words and bracket "sub-clause (i)" shall be substituted.
