MADHYA PRADESH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002 - NOTIFICATION

Body Notifciation No. F-A-6(A)-94-2012-1-V (38). Dated 19th October, 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 3 and 3-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, appoints Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Tax mentioned in column (2) of the Table below as Appellate Authority for the area specified in column (3) and confer powers to dispose of the appeal cases pending or arising under section 46 of the said Act in the area. This responsibility shall be in addition to their present responsibilities :-
