In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 79 of the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No.5 of 2005), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to Schedule-I of the said Act.

AMENDMENT

In Schedule-I, after the entry at serial number 63, the following entry shall be added.

"64 Fertilizers, at the point of sale by the Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies (PACS) directly to the farmers."
