In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat (Amendment) Ordinance, 2012 (No. 6 of 2012), the State Government, hereby, appoints the 1st October, 2012 as the date on which the provisions of Section 3 of the said Ordinance shall come into force.
